After learning that
many of the native inhabitants of Okinawa, Japan live
illness-free to be 100 years old, he began to study them.
His conclusion: The secret of their health is linked to
a diet rich in calcium derived from the coral reefs
surrounding their island.
In nature there are numerous sources of
calcium. Regardless of where calcium comes from; be it
coral, oyster shells, limestone, etc…it is still the exact
same calcium element. Calcium is calcium!
So what’s so magical about Okinawa and
calcium from coral? Perhaps it should be called ‘Coral
Powder’, because that’s what is inside ‘Coral Calcium’
capsules. When coral is harvested from the ocean, it must
be ground into a powder to be placed in capsules. This
powder contains an abundance of calcium (calcium
carbonate) as well as over 75 trace minerals.
If calcium is calcium, then maybe the other components
of coral and their specific ratios are the real secret-
a true gift from nature. |
