The good news
about a key ingredient found in OneLifeUSA’s Memory Boost, just
keeps coming in.
The herb, Ginkgo biloba, has been used traditionally for memory
enhancement. A French study published in the March, 2007, issue of
the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, suggests it may also
extend the lives of older people. This study
involved men and women 65 years and older and looked at a thirteen
year period. Results showed that fewer of those taking Ginkgo biloba
had died as compared to those taking other memory enhancement
supplements or a placebo. The researchers
said more studies should to be done to confirm these results. They
are encouraged to note that currently there are over 5,800 people
enrolled in Ginkgo biloba studies in the United States and Europe,
with results expected in 2010.
