Candida Cleanse Ingredients:

Caprylic Acid - Among the many natural cures for candida, caprylic acid is one of the most commonly cited. Many nutritionists and natural health practitioners have reported excellent results with caprylic / octanoic acid for the treatment of candidiasis.

     This is a medium chain fatty acid (C₈H₁₆O₂), also called octanoic acid, that is found naturally in coconut oil, palm oil, butter fat as well as in human breast milk. It is known to have anti-fungal as well as some anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.

Undecylenic Acid – Undecylenic acid is a natural fungicide and is FDA approved in over-the-counter medications for skin disorders or problems. It has been shown to be approximately six times more effective as an antifungal than caprylic acid, and is effective in maintaining a healthy balance of intestinal and vaginal flora.

     Undecylenic acid (10-undecenoic acid) is an eleven-carbon monounsaturated fatty acid and is a substance found naturally in the body (occurring in sweat).

Grapefruit Seed Extract - Grapefruit seed extract (GSE), also known as citrus seed extract, is derived from the seeds, pulp, and white membranes of grapefruit. This extract has been used by practitioners of alternative medicine who have faith in it’s ability to possess antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties. It has been recommended for decades by nutritionists for the treatment of candidiasis.

Garlic Bulb Extract – Garlic has long been studied for its immune enhancing, anti-tumor, anti-mutagenic /anti-carcinogenic, and anti-fungal qualities.   It contains many sulfur-based compounds, and this is generally thought to give garlic its healing properties. Garlic has been used to help with a wide variety of conditions and disorders: asthma, candida, arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular and coronary heart disease, and age related memory deficits.

Barberry Root Extract - Traditionally barberry has been used for its anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal activity. It has been used for centuries in the Middle East, Europe, China, and India for healing purposes. The antifungal activity of barberry against different Candida species has been researched.

• Calcium and magnesium have been added to aid in the absorption and assimilation of the above ingredients.  Lactobacillus acidophilus (good bacteria) has been added to help restore the proper bacterial/yeast/fungal balance during phase 1 of the cleanse.
