Vitamin E is
one of the most well researched vitamins. The natural form of
vitamin E (d-alpha) has shown to be up to 3 times more effective as
an antioxidant, when compared to synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha). One
Life's All Natural Vitamin E is a mixed tocopherols (alpha, beta,
delta and gamma), which further enhances its effectiveness. Vitamin
E is considered the first line of defense in protecting cell
membranes against free radical damage. We have presented our vitamin
E in soft gels because of the enhanced absorption.. |

Reading the label is important. Dr. Weil’s daily
recommended dose of vitamin E is 400-800 IU (synthetic) OR 80 IU
(natural) mixed tocopherol vitamin E. Synthetic vitamin E
appears on the label as ‘dl- alpha’ and natural vitamin E
appears as ‘d-alpha’. Natural vitamin E is absorbed much better
than the synthetic, that’s why you need so much more of the
synthetic vitamin E (400-800 IU) as compared to the natural
vitamin E (80 IU) to achieve the same benefits. Mixed
tocopherols is also important to look for. An example of this
perfect vitamin E formula is OneLife’s vitamin E.

vitamin and mineral supplements be taken daily and which ones he
feels are important. His recommendations, based on science and
his Harvard University education, are highly revered in both the
medical and the nutritional fields.

Have you heard the news about vitamins C and E and their effect
on Alzheimer’s Disease? A recent study conducted by researchers

categorized them as vitamin E users if they reported taking an
individual supplement or multivitamin daily containing more than
400 IU of the vitamin. People who took at least 500 mg of
