Cohosh- The root of Black Cohosh is a long time
Native American remedy. Today it is used to combat

Palmetto- Saw Palmetto berries were once eaten by
the Native North Americans. Today their primary
medicinal use is for an enlarged prostate gland. It is
thought of as a man's herb and is prescribed for
impotence and a reduced sex drive. Saw Palmetto, when
combined with horsetail has shown to be quite
effective.
Watercress-Rich
in Vitamin A and C as well as calcium, iron, and folic
acid, Watercress promotes good health and has been
shown to prevent cancer. Watercress improves stamina,
prevents hunger, and purifies the blood.
