Recent studies reveal that St. John’s Wort is as effective as many prescription anti-depressants with far fewer side effects and at a much lower cost to the consumer. St. John’s Wort is used more commonly in Germany than Prozac©, and there is research which points at the effectiveness of Hypercium as a possible treatment for alcoholism.
