Other Ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin and water), Magnesium Stearate and

Directions: Take two capsules with a glass of water (8 oz.) 5-10 minutes before a meal
containing starch or as directed by a physician. Recommended 2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

Phase 2™ (Phaseolamin) - Is a trademarked derivative of the white kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). This inhibits the body's production of the starch-digesting enzyme, alpha-amalace. With less amounts of alpha-amalace, the body is less able to break down starches (carbs) into sugar for further digestion. This is why this ingredient is referred to as a starch or carb blocker.
