Chastetree- Chastetree has been well known since ancient times.
Today it is recognized for it's effects on the female menstrual cycle.
It has been studied for relief from the symptoms of PMS and in helping

of these properties it has been found to be useful for easing menopausal
symptoms.
MotherWort-
This herb has long been known as a good remedy for anxiety
and insomnia, as a natural sedative is also used for taking
the edge off of PMS and has shown promise in treating
menstrual problems like delayed or suppressed menstruation,
menopausal changes and false labor pains.
Sage-This medicinal herb has
been used to reduce perspiration,
has shown to be a good aide
for indigestion
and liver problems, and has been
used as a good antiseptic. It is

menopausal problems; hot flashes

for late or lack of period, menstrual cramps, and
infertility.
Hawthorn Berry- Hawthorn has been
fairly well researched. It's main medicinal benefit appears
to be due to it's bioflavanoid content. These relax and
dilate the arteries, especially the coronary arteries. This
increases blood flow to the heart and is known to help
reduce symptoms of angina. A significant study in 1994
showed hawthorn improved heart rate and lowered blood
pressure.
Black Cohosh- The root of Black
Cohosh is a long time Native American remedy. Today it is
used to help combat menstrual pain and to help ease hot
flashes and night sweats associated with menopause. Recent
research has confirmed it's effectiveness in reducing these
hot flashes and night sweats.
