When you select standard
shipping, your order will be sent to you via UPS
ground or USPS first class mail. If you have a
preference as to either one of these shipping
methods, please e-mail or phone One Life after you
have placed your order. There may be an additional
charge for packages shipped UPS depending on the
weight of the package.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO are sent to
you airmail via the United States Postal Service.
You can request UPS next day,
second day or third day air delivery. There
are additional charges for these services. For
an exact amount please email or phone us.

Order
Deliver & Backorders
Our goal is to ship
your order immediately and completely. All orders,
whether placed online or via mail, phone, or fax,
are usually shipped the same or next day if the item
is in stock. You will be contacted by email if the
item has become discontinued or is long term out of
stock. All customers outside of the USA will be
contacted by email if an item is out of stock to
allow you to determine if you want the order shipped
or held until the item becomes available.
Customers are only
charged one shipping charge and will not be charged
additional shipping to send out backordered
items.

You will be sent confirmation of
your online order within 24 hours of receipt of your
order. If your order was requested to ship air UPS,
Fedex or DHL you will be sent a package
tracking number so that you can track your package.
